xmen trng. day started on 31st oct

31st - at least 30km cycle or more. left house at 840 returned at 11++. budden got took a break halfway. cycled from my house(2 stops from OCS) to jurong east mrt. den wanted to go buona vista meet wenyi pass him war3 cd key. budden coudlnt find the way. reachced juroung around 910. den spent 40 mins couldnt find. den asked wenyi go jurong east mrt meet us. we went arcade for 10 mins. den cycled back. around 30km i tink

1st - ran 2 rounds round my estate at 10pm. 1 round around 1.1km. super slow man. 10mins 51 s. man MY 2.4 was 10.33. wah i'm slacking. budden i dunno how to estimate how much left so took my time. and i nv realli push. by end of hols must be below 930.

2nd- todae. went gym for around 40 mins. unfortunately(haha no la) met tracy the vice cap of track dere. i did sum work outs den brilliantly she kope my phone and once again used to sms evan.

after that i ran 1.6km round the track. den went home. once again my time v bad. 7mins ++. my 2.4 IS 10.33 lolz. nv push myself. sianz i need sum target!
