I just did a expository compo needed to be handed up long ago yesterday. typed it on comp so gonn put it up here. i mean cool what, u guys can read propaganda compo compiled by me. hmm my teacher veri gd 1, just let us choose any title we wan.
Where I belong
Singapore, a small tiny dot on the gigantic blue globe, has been my breeding grounds ever since I first existed into this mystical world. What comfort does the lands of Singapore actually bring to me is very unique, something which I believed I will never find somewhere else on this ever-changing developing planet. Singapore is, a place unlike any other, an utopian country that has always been providing me the necessity in developing my life to greater heights.
Renowned for its’ breathtaking beauty, Singapore has been labeled as a "Green" city worldwide. The stupendous environment provides a place for nature’s extraordinary plants to mature and grow to be the canopy of Singapore. The refreshing climate provides the opportunity for this place to grow into a diverse biological habitat for the strangest yet exotic species to live on. Trees and plants are seen sprouting all over greeting anyone on the pavements with a sight of spectacular magnificence. It is always pleasing to the eye on how much this government has brought out the country’s potential in this area where many countries are struggling. Indeed Singapore to me is a nature’s hub, always around providing for nature.
Kindhearted and helpful would be the two words I would use to describe the people living in this place. The youth are brought up having gone through countless educational lessons on how to display the quality of kindness to benefit the society. Observing students graciously giving to charity makes one’s heart feel at ease and having the public rallying every call for hope to the needy is something that inspires me. Responsible citizens are seen gallivanting on the streets, always ready to help anyone that has difficulties. One clear example is members of public are always willing to help the elderly get to their destinations, be it crossing the road or directing them. The common spirit that embalms the community is startling. The mental willpower is built in every Singaporean, be it the young or the old, bonds the nation together. Without a doubt, Singapore is the ideal place for living in as it is filled with blooming prosperity in it.
Being an extraordinary small country, Singapore is prone to being ‘walked’ on by our neighboring countries if not for its’ system of total defence. Military, Civil, Economical, Psychological and Social are five different defences the government practice. The citizens practice these patriotically and systematically. Daily news brought by our very own award-winning presenters give us the mindset of how things are going in our country and the clear thoughts to carry out diligently our everyday life. Our idiosyncrasies bring us together to protect this country as one united front, for we will never yield to any opposing force. The nation’s pledge clearly explain the citizens as ‘one people’ , ‘one nation’ and ‘one Singapore’. That is what that instill fear into our neighbours.
Singapore, my homeland, will always be my dream home.

On another note, my parents gave me permission to officially not return home before 7pm everyday. Cool or nt? ok they said can use time study in school, but will i do that? hmmm i mean they will be picking me up in sch la :P
